How are you guys doing? My youngest has dropped 1.2kg, my eldest has dropped 0.6kg, my hubby 0.3kg and my son 0.4kg. As you can see everyones bodies respond differently. Don’t be despondent if you haven’t lost anything yet, as when you get to 100 days and you’ve done this correctly, everyone will have lost and feel like a new energised person!
So again we started with a lovely 3 egg omelette for breakfast filled with a little mozzarella cheese, crispy bacon cut up, chopped tomato and mushrooms that had been tossed in a little farm butter before adding into omelette and folding it over.
For dinner: Grilled fresh Kingklip (you could have Hake or Tuna). Rubbed with a little melted butter and served with a fresh green salad and gem squash sprinkled with a little feta and chorizo and put under the grill. Delish!
I still wanted something sweet, so I had a little Carb Clever nut muesli from Woolworths with a dash of cream and a few raspberrries and blueberries.
