Well we are nearly through another week! I thought I would show you some pictures of someone who has journeyed with me and found an app called My Fitness Pal to help her so much in tweaking her eating according to how much exercise she did and also in keeping her percentages correct.

This doesn’t happen over night and the most important thing is to conquer the bad habits and be disciplined in putting the right food in front of you. Most of all you want to lead a healthier and enjoyable life and look your best!
