Well done to those who have totally managed to stay on track for 3 whole days and don’t give up to those who have fallen off the wagon slightly!  So its the weekend coming up and this is where you want to stay focused!
Enjoy a 3 egg Omelette with tomato, feta and mushroom for Breakfast. That will keep you full for the rest of the day.
Dinner tonight:
Yummy Lamb Loin Chops served with sweet potato crisps and a lovely Greek Salad.
Lamb chops: Grill for 6 minutes and then turned over for another 3 minutes. Just salt and pepper with a little rosemary.
Sweet potato: thinly sliced (like crisps) brushed in Duck Fat and Himalayan salt and pepper, baked at 180 C for 15-20 minutes. Will be quick but you may need two pans as they mustn’t be stacked on top of each other.
Greek Salad: Mixed lettuce, rocket, chopped tomatoes, olives, danish feta with a lovely Olive oil, dash of balsamic vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt & pepper. I added sliced Avocado!

 

Tonight if you’d like a little treat:
Carb Clever Ice cream with a sprinkling of Carb Clever Chocolate Nut Muesli or a piece of 85% Lindt chocolate and a few sliced up strawberries
