So we weighed ourselves and I measured everyone up today! We have a some special celebrations in these next 100 days which means we have to plan our cheat times well! Check your dairy out too to make sure you can accommodate for those holidays and time away.

We started today around 10am with 2-3 farm eggs fried in coconut oil and served with 3 rashers of bacon, grilled tomato and rocket. This lasted us all day and we ate dinner at 6pm and enjoyed my favourite lemon chicken fillet with zucchini noodles, roasted pumpkin and spinach with a beet salad on the side. I will share our recipes we use for you to join in!

Lemon Chicken
Use 1 whole lemon cut up and blended with 1/4 cup melted Coconut oil, fresh thyme and parsley, salt and pepper. Marinated your cut up chicken pieces and refrigerate for an hour. Once you have removed from the fridge and brought to room temperature, put a pan on high and throw in the marinated chicken pieces to brown. Keep turning. Once cooked, add a cup of fresh cream and stir it up. Serve with Zucchini noodles flash fried in Coconut Oil, salt and pepper and roasted pumpkin cubes. Lastly make a lovely green lettuce and spinach leaf salad with grated beets and feta on top. Serve with an Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar dressing.
