Prep for success!

 

SO you have now successfully given up all the unhelpful carbs. How do you now keep on track and enjoy a lifestyle of successful eating? Simple – don’t quit!

 

Tips for success:
1. I use a Sunday afternoon to browse through recipes and plan my weeks’ meals. I make a shopping list and head off to the local supermarkets, grocers, meat markets and purchase everything I need for the week.
2. Come home and prep veggies and store in containers in the fridge and if possible make up a stock for soup or to use in dishes for the week.
3. Make some treats or a loaf of Carb Clever Bread to freeze sliced up, so it’s there when needed.
4. Best is to make up double dinner so you can freeze for the next week or use for lunch the next day.
5. Remember during this season with end of year functions, have a small protein snack before you go out. Make wise choices when eating out so it doesn’t set you back too much.
