A lot of my clients have been asking what ingredients I use on a daily basis. I have decided to provide a shopping list of staple ingredients that I use to cook and make up snacks with. All conveniently set up into categories – you can print this and use in conjunction with one of my meal plans or on it’s own as a guideline. I hope you enjoy!
