WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness methodology that promotes broad and general overall physical fitness. CrossFit combines weightlifting, sprinting and gymnastics.

We don’t use isolation machines or treadmills, instead we use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, olympic lifting, pull up bars, rowing, body weight, running… anything that will increase strength. CrossFit combines constant variation, intensity, and functional movements in Workouts of the Day (WODs) to produce dramatic changes in strength, stamina, and body shape.

CrossFit movements are functional and based on the natural movements of human beings.

Starter (Adult): R649 / Any 2 sessions per week
Student: R649 / Any 3 sessions per week
Decided: R749 / Any 3 sessions per week
Committed: R849 / Any 4 sessions per week
Unlimited: R999 / UNLIMITED sessions at any facility

Any new members signing up on a debit order is liable for a once-off R350 inititation fee OR pro-rata if you join during the month.
